Tim was born and bred in Cheltenham and lived his early years in Painswick Road and Montpellier Villas.
He worked for Cheltenham Borough Council for 25 years before setting up his own events and hospitality business and becoming President of the Chamber of Commerce .
He also worked as a fundraiser for Age UK at national level.
He has represented Park ward on the Borough Council and Lansdown and Park on the County Council in the past and secured millions of investment in funding.
He seeks re-election to the Borough Council at a time of change to safeguard and improve the Town of his birth.
